This package is designed to initiate your transformation journey, focusing on selected areas of the Vital Shift Roadmap.

What's Included:

• Three Educational Sessions: Introduction to the Vital Shift Roadmap, helping you identify key areas for personal development.
• Nine Private Coaching Sessions: Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals.
• Preparation and Tracking Tools: Forms to prepare for each session, along with tools to track and recap your progress.
  • Coaching Modality: Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or WhatsApp.
  • Session Recordings: Each session can be recorded upon request and  will be available in your private area of the coaching portal, along with educational materials, session summaries, and progress-tracking tools. 
  • Ongoing Support: Continuos online coaching support between sessions via email through the Log coaching portal and text messages as needed. Weekly Check-ins: We will have ongoing progress check-ins, where you will log your reflections and updates in the console log. This will help track progress and adjust as needed. 
• Investment Option - Installments: Three monthly payments of $900 each, totaling $2,700.
